PECB ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Mastery of Quality Audit

The ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training is designed to provide you with a detailed understanding of ISO 9001 standards and their real-world application. As a participant, you will be introduced to the fundamental principles of quality management, internal and external audit processes, preparation and conduct of audits, as well as how to write clear and effective audit reports. Additionally, you will learn leadership techniques to lead audit teams and manage conflicts that may arise during the audit process. This training is complemented by practical exercises and case studies to help you apply your newly acquired knowledge in a practical context.

After completing the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training, you will have achieved the following objectives:

1. Assimilate the fundamental principles of a Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
2. Explain the connections between ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 9004:2018 standards, as well as their relationship with other relevant regulations.
3. Gain detailed knowledge of the roles of an auditor: from planning, conducting, and writing an audit report to monitoring a QMS audit in accordance with ISO 9001.
4. Be able to conduct a quality audit and lead an audit team.
5. Clearly explain the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 when auditing a QMS.
6. Successfully pass the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor exam and obtain your PECB Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
